Services · Build

We don't just advise on new ventures. We run them.

Most consultants hand you a market-entry deck and an invoice. We find the market, build the brand, set up the systems, launch the thing — and then keep our hands on it while it finds its feet.

What this actually looks like

From "is there a market?" to "it's running."

01 · Find

Finding the market

Where is the demand nobody is serving properly? We do the research, size the opportunity honestly, and tell you when the answer is "don't." We would rather lose the project than build you something with no buyers.

02 · Build

Building the venture

Brand, positioning, pricing, website, systems, supplier relationships, the operating rhythm. Everything a business needs to exist before it can trade.

03 · Launch

Launching it

Go-to-market plan, campaigns, first customers, first revenue. The unglamorous part where most good ideas quietly stall.

04 · Run

Managing it

For some clients we stay on and run it. For others we hand over a business that works and a team that knows how to keep it working. Both are fine. What we won't do is disappear at launch.

Proof

We've done it with our own money.

Skin in the game

Luna Hounds — our own venture.

Built from the ground up and running today: brand, product, systems, market. Luna Hounds is our proving ground, which means everything we recommend to you is something we've already had to make work with our own money on the line.

It's easy to be brave with someone else's budget. We'd rather have been brave with ours first.

Mentoring

ReDesign

Hands-on support for a young entrepreneur building a design business — positioning, pricing, client process, and the confidence to charge properly.

Collectives

Freelance delivery teams

We bring specialist freelancers together into delivery teams — opening revenue streams none of them could reach alone, and giving clients senior talent without a senior payroll.

Track record

Twenty years of launches

A fashion house, a 600-seat restaurant, a landmark pier, safari lodges, and online platforms used across continents. The pattern is the same every time: build it properly, or not at all.

The story behind that track record

Who this is for

Ideas that deserve to exist.

You have an idea, a product, or a market opening — and you don't have the time, the team or the appetite to build it yourself. You want a partner who will do the work, not a report that tells you how.

Especially: founders with a business already running who can see the next opportunity but cannot be in two places at once. And young entrepreneurs with real talent who need someone in their corner who has done it before.

"We would rather lose the project than build you something with no buyers."

How we work

Good questions

Before you ask.

Do you take equity, or do you charge fees?

Both models work, and the right one depends on the venture. Fee-based engagements suit clients who want to own everything outright from day one. Equity or hybrid arrangements suit ideas where we're taking real risk alongside you and staying for the long haul. We'll talk openly about which fits before any work starts.

What if the research says the idea won't work?

Then we tell you, early, and you've saved a great deal of money and a year of your life. That's a successful engagement in our book. Honest go / no-go advice is the most valuable thing we sell — and it's why we do the market work before anyone starts building.

Will you actually run the business, or just set it up?

Either. Some clients want us to launch and hand over to their own team; others want us operating it until it's stable and profitable. What we won't do is disappear at launch, which is exactly when most new ventures need the most attention.

We're a small business, not a startup. Is this still for us?

Often the best fit. An established business opening a new line, entering a new market, or launching a spin-off has something a startup doesn't: existing customers, cash flow and credibility. It just needs someone with the time and the launch experience to build the new thing while you keep the current one running.

Do you work with young or first-time entrepreneurs?

Yes, and it's some of our most satisfying work. If you have genuine talent and a real idea but no experience of pricing, positioning or client process, we'll work alongside you rather than over you. ReDesign is exactly that kind of engagement.

One clear next step

Tell us the idea. We'll tell you honestly if we'd build it.

One email is all it takes. Tell us what you want to launch — we'll reply with our honest read on whether it's worth building, and what it would take.
