As owner of Moyo uShaka — the 600-seater icon on Durban's beachfront — Bianca didn't just run a restaurant. She built the first bar on the pier stretching out in front of it, then staged two Fashion by the Sea shows on a catwalk reaching 12 metres into the ocean — where every single guest had a front-row seat, watching South Africa's top designers, Gavin Rajah among them.

Bianca spent years in the wild places of Africa — five years with Sanctuary Retreats in Tanzania, and guiding environments from the Sabi Sands to the Serengeti and the Okavango — learning how world-class experiences are really built: with standards, storytelling and relentless attention to detail.
She's owned and run a 600-seat beachfront restaurant, put a catwalk in the ocean, and built online learning platforms used across continents. Today she combines instructional design, AI-powered production and hard-won commercial instinct to help companies and founders get where they're going, faster.
And yes — she's a single mom. Which is exactly why nothing on her watch gets half-done.
